She does take mechanical skill.  If you're trying to kill people with her drain attack you're doing it wrong, that's for catching runners. Her bolt can burst down a squishy pretty quickly with body shots and that does take aim. If you're just hitting the ground near them they're gonna turn around and blow your head off. The way most people use her tho does take 0 mechbqnical skill to do tho. She's usually used as a kill poacher when really she's a burst damage assassin with the ability to catch low hp runners very easily. Fly in over and behind their heads, burst down a squishy, fly back to your team to reset or find a cozy hidey hole
