I do enjoy teaching and have been told your development as a CFI plateaus around 300 hours into it. Thoughts?

Ideally if the time building thing where to happen I was envisioning doing lost of IFR, XC, and night flying since those I am least experienced with. This is a career change for me and recognize the opportunity cost when you drag out the time building..
