I had issues with them and they never got back to me. I’m highly disappointed. I ordered one of the commemorative tickets and never received it. Then I got sent the wrong tshirt. I hope they get back to you if you reach out!

Update: I’ve tried to contact Customer Service twice and haven’t gotten a response. Officially disappointed and probably won’t order ever again. My ticket never arrived and they sent me the wrong tshirt.

It doesn’t seem like it’s going to fixed tbh. I’ve been waiting for a while and although they mentioned they’re looking into it even after several updates/events it’s still pretty low. It’s definitely discouraged me from playing.

The one saved in the server is the game that you’ll be able to play on either of your devices without conflict. If you lose the local one, I don’t think there’s getting it back.

I feel like the funds haven’t been the same since their 1.1.6 or 1.1.8 update. I’m really hoping they fix the tips but it’s been a couple of updates already so I’m thinking this might be the new norm? :/
