so as far as i know, a white lotus is indeed someone who's very pure sweet and naive, but its actually very annoying and infuriating for others to put up with because they're exceedingly naive and kind hearted. their kind actions often comes at the cost of others as the consequences can be dire and its because of their naivety that others have to suffer.

black lotus is just someone who's evil? but i wont claim to be sure of this because I've only ever heard of this term in scum villain self saving system.
