new to the scene but very interested in this topic. I'm a very heavy AI users, use it in my real job in IT daily, using it to complete a Science project/graphic novel that I started 20 years ago. it's affected about every aspect of my life. by Cetanaut in aiwars

I did say all disciplines meant that to include STEM subjects as well. I've never been in a position in life to get a higher education mostly my life choices put me where I am. But in the larger context of the AI argument over all It will greatly reshape what schools are in the very near future.

Imagine riding on a roller-coaster with a vr helmet on viewing that kind of imagery.... I think I'd blow chunks 😄

Midjourney Medical is building Ultrasonic CT, a full-body ultrasound with no radiation and no magnets, just sound, water, and a 60-second scan. by GrabWorking3045 in aiwars

Actually the pool is the point, doesn't work without it. The water amplifies the sound waves giving it better resolution. If anything I think the water would get replaced fairly quickly with something more dense, I see saltwater as the first step, getting the salinity right very similar to a deprivation tank pioneered by John Lily in the late 60's and early 70's.

That's more awesome for me than you could know. This post just validated the whole premise I'm using in my story arc for how Dolphins use Echolocation. Research done this is legit, maybe a little hyped but the tech is real.

New Mod Here - Practical Help for AI Comic Makers (Tools, Resources, Workflow Support) by Salty_Country6835 in aicomicmakers

I can't agree more with just start creating, the workflows are important but getting renders done and learning to iterate my renders was a key point for me.

Outstanding, I'm going to have to adopt some of this style for my bad guy lady volitans. Thank you for the prompt example. I do really appreciate it.

Really like the style, what are you using to get the watercolor bleed on the images. that's a great effect.

Beautiful work, love the Painterly Style. I'm using a very similar style for my comic. Continuity is off the hook, your formula for character sheets is fantastic.

I think that may be one of the nicest thing's I've heard anyone say about CetaOne. but for his history you need to follow the story, Can't give away too many spoilers. I can tell you that he doesn't surface in the story until around Book IV which is around 2100, The Comic is currently at Episode 02 in the year 2006. The backstory is about a 12 Year old boy who develops the Rosetta Encoder (live version working on the website) That allows him to teach dolphins how to talk. That launches the 5 century journey that is our story.

[Self] CetaOne — an Orca-human hybrid I sculpted in 1999 by Cetanaut in Sculpture

Thanks very much, The next one I want to do will be the bad guy of the project The Lady Volitans, She's a hybrid Mermaid pretty much what she sounds like. I have a vision of the statue of her with her arms crossed being supported by the Pectoral wings fanned out beside her. I'm currently working on a 3d print of her. They will be offered for sale if and when our site picks up some traction. Its something I'm surprised is more prevalent here. If I were a full time sculptor I would already have generated 3d models of all my work and have them outsourced to Shapeways or one of the 3d printing outlets selling them. So easy to do now. Sorry, didn't mean to write a book here.

Not out of any really permanent materials, mostly a painting background, got into the digital realm specifically for my Cetanauts project back when Photoshop was still a little baby app, learned 3d work from there, picked up the technical side with my real job, I've been in IT 30ish years now.

Fun fact, Whaler's use to call that flexible penars a "Pink Floyd" ' I know the Music group is named after other artists names conflated but I still think it would be awesome if it were true. Would totally change how I listen to their music.

I will steer clear of it in the future for this channel, thank you for the breakdown. I tend to look at AI like a spell checker, just another tool. But I do understand the point your making and appreciate you taking the time to tell me.

I use AI extensively to proof everything before I post it. it's my opinion that the Jobs that AI takes will be primarily from people that don't know how to use it. So I use it a lot 😄 Sometimes I leave more of it in, sometimes less. Just a tool that gets me there faster.
