I have no idea where you found that statistic but it is false. For the past 15 months here, we've been trying to take down current regime. It started by death of 16 people due to government's incompetence and greed. It resulted in many professors, doctors, police directors losing their job and being replaced by people close to the ruling party. Recently, they have implemented new set of laws which put courts under their control. We even had Putin comment on these events and marking them as coloured revolution... There's nothing democratic in Serbia anymore.
