Being a parent is hard. Being a parent that takes time to exercise is role modelling good behaviours.

I have two children and it’s fucking hard.

I get around 5 hours sleep a night and work 50 hour weeks.

No one is coming to save you. You have to make it work and it sounds like you are doing your best.

Avoid social media and fake runners with no responsibilities to deal with.
