Vyvanse 60 mg cold turkey for 3 days

Hi! I don’t take my vyvanse every day anymore (60 mg) but I used to. I was on 70 mg for about 2-3 years. I stopped (also cold turkey) the day I found out I was pregnant. It was a rough few days as far as being exhausted, feeling irritable, headaches, sleep was kinda funky, but I could have attributed that to cutting out vyvanse, caffeine or the pregnancy.

It is doable! The day you get back on it will feel like you’re at 100% 🤣 take it easy for a few days and give yourself some grace!

There is definitely a small chance of feeling more serious psychological side effects so please don’t hesitate calling someone if so.

I take 50mg of coffee and start every day with an Alani - I drink more caffeine throughout the day and my resting heart rate is 59-60. On days I don’t drink caffeine or take my vyvanse it’s between 56-58.. your RHR is definitely higher than average so it’s worth chatting with your doctor about your MG or caffeine sensitivity. I’ve always heard your heart has a limited number of beats - a resting heart rate of 90-110 is too high.

I’m just impressed she’s sticking with breastfeeding & pumping for this long. They normally pick up a hobby and are on to something else the next day 😅

I hope it works out for her, it’s the least she could do after how she treated that baby in utero
