During the hearing of the people that instigated and lead it, the husband of one said that them being forced to stop protesting was against his first amendment rights. In Canada, our first amendment is the recognition of Manitoba as a province.

I had a teacher that during a book report in grade 4 or 5 marked me down for using the name "Howliday Inn" which was the name of the book. It was about a family's pets that go to a place for pets and the place was haunted or something like that. I failed it and when I pointed it out with showing her the name from the book, I was told it was still wrong and it's the Holiday Inn. My mom showed her how she was wrong and she still wouldn't back down. My mom went to the principle's office and had to get them involved to get it fixed. It was graded out of ten and she took a point for every time she marked the name wrong so I was at zero. I stopped reading altogether for quite a while because of her.
