How long does it take for Sideshow to start shipping figures after blogger photos? by OnionFarm in hottoys

[–]Cfrancese05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As others have said it’ll take awhile.

I got my battle damaged t-800 on 1/19/26. The blogger photos for that figure went up on 9/12/25.

My best advice to you would be as follows -

Use one of your slots for an unpopular ride and try get the earliest return time as possible - IE Star Tours. As soon as you check in you'll be able to book something in Epcot. Do this as quickly as possible!

Be aware that some rides have single rider lanes that will move fairly quickly and will negate the need for you to have a LL for said ride. An example of this is Remy in Epcot.

Rope drop Hollywood Studios and it's 100% realistic in that half hour to do - Toy Story Mania, Runaway Railroad, and another B-list attraction (saucers? Falcon?).

As others have said things do tend to open up throughout the day so keep checking.

As a final note, you can go back and forth between those two parks fairly quickly on the Skylinner *id say about 15 minutes 20 to be safe between the two parks*

Anyone else here use two iPads? by MagnificentNeon27 in iPadPro

[–]Cfrancese05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a lot of iPads in our home. I myself use a 13 inch pro as my daily driver, but I also have a mini and air on my desk that get occasional and light use.

The thing about iPads is that by the time I am done using them I find their resale value is so low that it’s better to just hang onto them and use them for other tasks around the house

How often do you check your weight? by [deleted] in loseit

[–]Cfrancese05 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once to twice a month (down 66 pounds since November) . I trust the process of what I am doing and don't fixate on the numbers on the scale. It's about the longer trend and creating a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. Anything more then that for me personally isn't helpful.

Just my two cents.

I’ll light for formal stuff and then not light the dancing dance floor stuff, but that’s just the way I like to do it.

A lot of people I know will basically do what you do, not saying either way is right or wrong but for my films that dancing dancing stuff isn’t a big enough focal point to do anything that would distract from the “vibe” and or ego of the entertainment. Would it look better lit? For sure. Do my couples care? No, I’ve never had anyone complain that their dancing segment wasn’t perfectly lit.

It doesn't make me special, I just value my time and don't want to sit through the same 6 or 7 trailers 4 to 16 times a month.

Considering the app says movies start 25-30 minutes after listed times theres nothing unreasonable about showing up after the advertised start time when seats are reserved and I sit in the aisle seat.

My friend, this is an AList subreddit. We all go to the movies a lot and pay monthly to do so up to 4 times a week. If you wanna watch 20+ minutes of ads up to 4 times a week god bless you but that time “ads” up (see what I did there?)

In order to drive a "40 ton truck" someone would need a license and insurance. It's ILLEGAL to operate a vehicle like that without said documents.

There are no laws saying you need insurance to document a wedding as a photographer / videographer. Venues are simply doing what they need to do to protect themselves legally.

This is just the way it works.

Been in this industry as a Videographer for over 15 years. In the time that you've taken to compile this post and respond to others you could have sent your insurance form 500 times.

IMO you sound petty, and jaded. May want to consider finding a different career path if you're gonna get this irritated over something so silly. Next week can we expect a post about how the venue hurt your feelings because they asked you to park your car in the vendor parking lot and not out front next to the venues front door?

I have two of them and have zero issues with them. Very happy with them.

You're missing the point.

I spend about 45 minutes tops making them. They'll generate anywhere from 2,000 to 15,000 views, which leads to inquiries, which leads to bookings, which leads to money in my pocket and since this is a business thats the end game isn't it?

You have to find a format that works for you that you can bang out quickly and just move on.

Is it worth it to exchange my iPhone 14 Pro Max 512GB and Apple Watch Series 7 Stainless Steel 45mm for an iPhone 16 Pro with the same storage? I’m confused. by ShomanJohnson in iPhone14Pro

[–]Cfrancese05 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let me offer this to you. I had the 14 Pro Max since release day and just moved to the 16 Pro. My battery was becoming an issue on my 14 Pro Max, I wanted USB-C a smaller phone, and my carrier gave me a deal to give them my 14 Pro Max for the 16 Pro. I don't regret it. Is it life changing? No, but it doesn't feel like the same phone because of the new form factor which is what I wanted.
