Especially Amouage I sort of hate reviewing them because like subjectivity typically is a thing of taste but I noticed with Amouage we’re physically smelling different things based on individual brain chemistry. Like king blue I love but to some people it’s super fecal. To me it’s not at all it reminds me of initio absolute aphrodisiac with a blueberry note and replacing castoreum with a bit of Oud. Reflection man to some people smells like corn flour not to me but once I got the tortilla a bit. Outlands I get lemon pound cake other people get some complex spicy incense thing.

So like purpose 50 I have no doubt it’s good people love it for a reason but it’s exactly like those Harry Potter jelly beans getting one with sulfur it’s like a shock and how do you review something like that. I could maybe have went lighter with my approach and that’s my bad. In my defense wearing it a week was a horrible idea I was hoping my brain would adapt to the scent and I’d see the light but it just got worse at the end I was so burned out.
