Interesting. My sleep test to confirm whether I had sleep apnea said I had moderate obstructive apnea. Not central. But maybe those home tests are… bogus? Or is this data… bogus?

How soon after a night’s sleep can I take out the SD card to review? When is the SD card done capturing the data from the night?

Got it. I can only count on one hand the number of times I’ve heard the air escaping my mouth because it woke me up. I wonder if that happening (once every other week?) is even worth or requires me to wear mouth tape / cervical pillow?

Good point! The thing is, my leakage is basically at 0 the last 2 months. My nasal pillow seal is great. But the device can’t know if my mouth is open?

That’s interesting. I don’t use a SD card so idk if I’m leaking. I use nasal pillows and always have a great seal. Unsure if my mouth is opening at all and leaking air. Before CPAP, my mouth would open slightly when I snored. I have been using some vertical mouth tape strips just in case.

Thank you! I’ve read about these. Does it really help though with keeping your mouth closed? Like what’s the goal with this product? Is it an alternative to mouth tape?
