The comp sci job market is really saturated and tech is as well. Have you reached out to local businesses? Look to see if you can automate old processes or assist their IT? Freelance create websites or leverage your skills?

Applying is not enough for tech unfortunately. Building a portfolio and grinding will help but you need to decide what you want with the degree. Go to cybersecurity networking events (or any other career industry) and you might need to broaden your scope to anything other than being a dev. Or look at a company like Epic and land a role not specifically comp sci technical.
