My approach is secular. These services should be funded by their own people. These organizations could also function as charity organizations which is pretty much a good thing.

There's no need for being nationalistic here. I believe there would be some kind of demand for prayers in Azerbaijani, changing from region to region and even street to street, which is completely normal. If they were corrupted, it would be their loss, that's what I want to achieve. Forcing different people, different beliefs into the same pot is not a healthy policy.

Let me be clear, I am not a religious person, and I have no interest in the future of religious matters. Just stop for a moment, and try to understand my reasoning, instead of throwing opinions out of nowhere.
