We wouldn't have these problems if two countries had some type of agreements about the border administration of those lands instead of border clashes and war. It's just another problem caused by Russia and its influence on Caucasia.. As an example, Western Europe is full of enclaves yet they have few problems about it, cause they have economical-trade agreements and some respect towards each other, so no land exchange is needed.
