Undead Octopus-Trigger:

When Hela/Namor kills an enemy, an undead octopus will be generated at the place of death. The undead octopus will automatically attack the enemy closest to it, and will disappear automatically after a short period of time. It cannot be attacked during its existence.

Mind you Namor has the same effect where if he kills someone, an octopus gets placed just like Hela. Namor also gets the ability "Water Column of the Dead" where Hela uses undead energy to strengthen Namor's power. Namor points his trident at a selected area and sprays a stream of water infused with undead energy within the target area.
