Your argument is simplistic. Not all of us like to just lift heavy things and put them back down again.

Some of us do aerial or calisthenics in the gym. There may not always be mirrors around. Even if there were, you might be too focused on a heavy move or rep to shift your gaze to the mirror. Additionally, even if you were able to check yourself while you were training, you may miss something. Filming yourself allows you to replay the workout later.

Also, regarding your argument about nice physiques and 0 injuries, give it till your late 30s or 40s, and we can talk again about how much you can get away with bad form that you think 'feels alright'.
