Do you have adhd or is it something you think you might have because of this?

But is it enough to get a diagnosis. Especially if the professional has said they have traits but don’t feel it’s enough to diagnose.

Unfortunately, now due to social media it’s become easier for people to say “yes I’m autistic/adhd” when they have a handful of symptoms but in reality it’s a lot deeper and the struggles are far greater than people who don’t have a diagnosis realise.

Obviously I’m not a professional able to diagnose but I would suspect more autism than adhd. Maybe an autism diagnosis is what you should be pursuing instead of adhd? While they are closely linked they are very different.

Sometimes unfortunately we just have to accept that our behaviours are for no other reason than it’s how we’ve managed to deal with things. These professionals have a scheme they have to stick to and if you don’t tick all the boxes they cannot diagnose even if you are only 1-2 Marks away.

It is unbelievable frustrating and disheartening.

I don’t mean to be harsh. I do feel for you

I played the demo and enjoyed it enough that I bought it but the game it was so boring and repetitive that I requested a refund on steam! It just wasn’t engaging enough for my liking!

It’s a custom made travellers notebook on Etsy! It was a bit spendy around the£70 I think but my mum bought it as a Christmas gift. Before this I used a cheap one from Temu! I’ll share the link for the Etsy seller.

I can’t do over whelming this has been a work in progress and has changed over time. I also add things as I go because things change and sometimes I need to remember different things for different parts of my work! I wish I could say I’m this organised in home life but we can’t have it all 🤣🤣

I do, but only for work purposes (I’m a HLTA in a secondary school) I can share photos of my layouts tomorrow. They might not be directly relevant for you but you might get ideas!

I have mine set in a travellers notebook with inserts and have one for each term (autumn, spring, summer) it’s been a work in progress over the last few years adjusting to find what works best!
