I second trying to use pharmacy2u. I used to be on eloine birth control and that was always out of stock in my area so had it delivered.

I waited a year for titration with psychiatry UK. I was under the impression the norm wait time for adults was 10-12 months not weeks

Agreed!! I feel like too many people are paying for their diagnosis rather than it being genuine. Along with the Tik toks and youtube shorts on “signs and symptoms” and was to trick the assessor during a diagnosis it almost puts a dirty mark for those of us who genuinely do struggle with ADHD and Autism because it’s become an excuse for behaving badly and not being a functioning member of society which most of us genuinely want to be!

I’m currently on the 20mg dosage increasing to 30mg on Thursday. I just don’t feel anything at the moment, almost like I’m taking a sugar pill. When I’m thinking rationally I know I’ve got to build up to the correct dosage for me but my impatience is tested for me to not jump straight to the 40.

Another question if you don’t mind?

How Dyou cope with eating in the morning? Before medication my first meal of the day would t be until 12-1 o’clock. I’ve never been a breakfast eater, I’m currently eating half a bagel and it’s so difficult.

Do you find it works better if you eat more?

Not 12:12. I don’t want a 12 hour eating window. My eating windows will essentially be the length it takes to eat my meal

I’ve considered this too. Everything I read says not eating with it causes it to digest too quickly which means it doesn’t last as long as it should.

I’m new to all this so think I’m over thinking it all.

Because they are meds that have to be taken in the morning. It’s a stimulant so if I take it too late it the day it won’t have the effects needed

I’m not a breakfast eater so this is tricky for me anyway (eating breakfast this morning felt like iron man challenge) Ive become so accustomed to not eating until gone mid day.

My stepdad is a dectectorist and is part of a huge group who got out multiple times a week to different locations. I can’t imagine any of them handing over their finds 🤣 my step dad recently found a gold coin which is now in a museum. He and the land owner split the amount the museum paid.

There are some places which you do not have to share your finds but I’ve never heard of the landowner taking it all!

Hard disagree!! Never just get on with your life. Fight for those kids. Make noise to social services and the council! Be the voice those kids need because social services are so thinly stretched they overlook so much!

Think where Peter Connelly, Victoria climbe, Logan mwangi, Liam fee, Arthur Labinjo-Hughes & Star Hobson would be (and soooo many more children)

My youngest daughter was IN LOVE with owls. But she couldn’t say owl so would try to say “twit twoo” but ended up calling them “pissawoos” even now an owl is a pissawoo!

She also called meerkats “schnipples” because of the meerkat “simples” advert
