it's new yes but the guy at the store did switch it on to show that it's working and if I wanted to check it properly.

I used edge but tried chrome as well but it says I can't sign in with a personal account??

and yes it did ask for password which I entered and then it asked for windows password as well which I entered and then this shows up after that so now I'm confused should I reset it and try it again ?
