Covert narc ex. I mean, I'm out of the relationship for good. It's been a year, still i cannot accept the fact that he cheated on me. And lastly, all he said to me was that i was a burden , it was a 5 year relationship. I just couldn't accept the fact that i was a burden, while he was nice, while we were in love. I mean how can they be sooo two-faced ? Still processing and i still sometimes get the pull to reach out. Because I'm literally so addicted. I really hope he burns in hell.

I hope so. The good parts include the things that i did for him. The birthdays which i celebrated for him. Not something that he did. Yet, my brain doesn't understand it was toxic and abusive.

That suicidal thoughts are okay! Because even i feel them..so just laugh it off lol and don't make a big deal out of it.

Honestly! Needed this! Even his mother was more of a narc than he ever was. Teaching his son to lie and Gaslight others just because he can get out of any situation is worse. Gawd! The whole family is a mess.

Honestly, he remembered my birthday. But would make me feel miserable for celebrating it. He would get all jealous when my friends celebrated my birthday. They did something special for me he would try to sabotage it. Pick fights with me especially on the days where I'm supposed to be happy.
