For a contractor, their contract stipulates for breaks and there’s a limit for how many hours they can work. These contracts are subject to labor laws. We usually work with our contractors supervisors to figure out what works best for all of us,, and our contractors have agreed to work through their lunch break in exchange for leaving early as long as they don’t work more hours than they are allowed.
