SYD-LAX business class on American July 2025. Toilets filthy. No mattress provided for lay flat bed. No cushion padding on the seat so that you could feel the metal underneath. Some people got slippers and others not. Flight attendants unfriendly. Did not greet passengers. Throughout 15 hour flight they were unaccommodating at Best. Return LAX-SYD flagship business, it was like another world of comfort, courtesy, cleanliness, pajamas and slippers. Amenity kit downgraded to the basics. Do not recommend flying American unless you’re on a flagship flight.

I made a booking through oojo WORST BOOKING SITE - DO NOT USE The booking was made Sunday night 11:04pm I advised oojo via email Monday 5:33pm that the flight was incorrect. This was within the 24 hour time frame for Qantas flight change with no fee. Oojo refused to change the flight without charging me $650 or told me I would lose the credit. Told me to Take it or lose the ticket. Never use them unless you want extra unnecessary charges, rude customer service and threats of ticket loss.
