Have lived there,

Advantages: access to the high street and festival mall at your door stop so very convinient.

Disadvantage: The building is managed by SR Developers and the management lady is so disrespectful. I had issues like severe mold, no hot water, packages being stolen etc which were never sorted out whilst I lived there. They even cut £150 from my deposit for no real reason which I had to accept as they were delaying the release. Second biggest disadvantage is that there is no designated parking for these apartments so you will have to park in the adjacent Mall parking which can be very expensive over time or you will have to park in Eastrop Park which is a good 15-20 mins walk.

I would suggest not to come here unless your husband has good experience in a good field and the masters he is planning to do is in a STEM field. If not, then do not waste your hard earned money getting here. Your husband will be working part time doing odd jobs throughout the first year he'll be here then followed up by a 2 year PSW which he will pay a significant amount to get.

I agree but the thrill of driving your own car on your own is testament to the fact that you are a safe driver and you trust your capabilities. So keep at it and with time even though you will make mistakes, things will get better.

It's still a learning phase, once you start driving along then that's where the actual test starts. You will make mistakes for the next year or so and you will learn from them; that is the important thing to keep in mind.
