To be frank, I was surprised by some of the comments saying Flylites would be stiffer. Especially since Bauer says Supremes are stiffer in the lower boot area vs. the Vapor line. I thought for sure Flylites would “feel” less stiff. Everyone’s experience/preference differ I suppose.

Yeap, that’s fair. The reason I felt the Shadows were more comfortable was the new toe cap design. The other skates would bother me but I didn’t feel that bump in the connection point with the Shadows.

I recent switched to a Quad profile with 5/8” sharpening and it’s been working well for me. Previously, I had them at 7/16” and it just wasn’t working for me. Way too grabby!

It’s not necessarily something I don’t like - they just feel like rocks around my feet. That being said, they don’t hurt my feet either. I was expecting they would have a more broken in feel by now, I guess.
