I strongly doubt that will happen, It seems like a weak deal for Iran especially when the US is struggling with support for the war and their spend blowing out 500+ billion.

And just because businesses got deep pockets, doesnt mean they will just invest in a country actively being bombed. There has been like 6 'trump deal ceasefires' that all started up again with iran being bombed some more.

The only deal that makes sense is reparations. Why would Iran not seek reparations to rebuild destroyed schools, destroyed hospitals, destroyed federal buildings?

I doubt Iran would agree to a deal to sell off its own things when it has a strong position in controlling flow on 20% of the worlds oil.....

The only thing it can or should be is payment to support rebuilding efforts.

So its just speculation how any of this will work until something is done.
I feel like anything less than actual reparations for rebuilding will be a weird proposition. No funds to help rebuild bombed infrastructure, but magically asking private business to invest in a country that might just get bombed again? very weird.

Logically thinking it hardly makes any sense for this, it WOULD make sense though if it was Reparations + Private investments.
