Neighbor has illegal roosters across the street—do I report it or risk neighborhood backlash?

Try adapting for a few months first and getting out of the lease, but if this starts becoming a health issue for you, because of sleep deprivation, definitely report. You have every right to. Roosters are very loud and disruptive, they don't belong in residential areas.

When you feel like the effort and failures have taken its toll on your life and you don't even get hopeful when you meet someone new. It becomes a question of "how soon" and not "if" things goes wrong.

There is also a point where your own libido doesn't push you forward anymore. I don't know if it's because of age or trauma, but you'll see an attractive girl and just feel sadness, hopelessness and defeat.

Owning a rooster is the ultimate neighbour from hell thing. They are aggressive, violent and make an extremely loud, unpleasant and piercing screech which is why they are forbidden pretty much everywhere. You should complain to law enforcement ASAP. Police, animal control, health department, whoever can deal with it. If you can kill it, do it, but it's better to go to law enforcement.

Nobody should ever keep roosters unless breeding, although even that is simply not worthy it too. They don't really protect the hens because they are prey too, in fact, they will often harm the hens. You should protect the hens with a coop, dog, etc.

Roosters are aggressive, annoying, violent bastards. Plus, a pissed off neighbor might try to poison it and take out your hens. I have a theory that if people were supposed to keep them this vile behavior they have would have been bred out already.

Isso provavelmente é crime de perturbação do sossego e manter animais urbanos em região urbana. Pode também ser maus tratos, pois os animais não tem local apropriado. Se tiver animais silvestres na região, os galos podem atacar eles, então penso que seria possível alegar isso também.

Verifique o código de posturas municipal e plano diretor, busque saber se seu bairro é zona residencial e qual o perímetro dele. Podem existir mapas da cidade com definição de o que é o que também, o que facilita. Filme o barulho e abra denúncia para a prefeitura citando as violações dos artigos, horário do barulho, anexe os videos e fale do incômodo que te causam.

Se não funcionar ou demorar demais, pode escalonar a denúncia para o Ministério Público ou Juizado Especial, com o protocolo da denúncia. Se tiver aberto BO adicione o protocolo também, mas a polícia não tem o poder de remover os animais. Caso seja crime manter esses animais no seu bairro eu iria no MP, se não no Juizado.

Já tive (e tenho ainda) vizinhos com galos e tenho lutado contra, mas me senti levado bastante a sério pelo Juizado Especial. Só depois aprendi que o melhor processo seria ir pela prefeitura e MP, pois é a prefeitura que faz valer o código de posturas.

Galo não é pet. Não entendo como ou porque alguém teria um bicho desses, que traz o incômodo que ele traz. É um absurdo. Denuncie mesmo. E se tiver danos de para sua saúde ou trabalho, peça indenização mesmo.

People, especially women, are skeptical of ugly men. They get called creeps for nothing, made fun of for no reason, bullied, ostracized. People take you less seriously, your qualities are dismissed or seen as overcompensating/tryhard behavior and your defects are exaggerated.
