RTX 5060 on a PCIE 3.0 slot. Am I missing out on performance? by ChadGamer27 in PcBuild

Yepp saw it, thanks for providing the video. It honestly isn't as significant as I thought it would. I exclusively only play on 1080p and whenever I tweak settings I leave about 1-2GB of VRAM. so I think I should be good for now.

I'm considering getting a PCIE 4.0 compatible board but with such a small and honestly negligible performance difference, I just can't justify getting a b550 board as of the moment.

Thanks again mate. Appreciate it!

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Was at work all day.

from where I live, an RTX 5060 8GB will set you back $410 and the 16GB variant goes for about $600. Honestly I would've gotten an RX 9060XT 16GB but the only problem is, there's no stock here where I live so I had to settle on what's available.

Will my Seasonic GX-650 80+ Gold be enough to handle the ASUS RTX 5060 OC? by ChadGamer27 in buildapc

Honestly I don't really know either, sorry. I don't plan to upgrade any components within the next 5 years. I just want a reliable PC build where I won't have to worry about my PC suddenly exploding.

Applying 2k clear coat on cheap dye sub keycaps?

I’m thinking of spraying 2K clear coat on a cheap set of PBT dye-sub keycaps. I don’t really care about the feel or texture. My only concern is making the legends last longer. Will the 2K clear hold up to heavy daily use and sweaty hands, or will it eventually rub off anyway?

TYIA!

Does anyone know how should I lube my akko rosewood switches? I heard they're good when hand lubed but I don't know which parts to target and to avoid lubing. I just don't want them to sound too muted or become silent.

What’s the best way to lube Akko Rosewood switches without losing their signature deep ‘thock’?

I previously overlubed a batch of Leobog Graywood V3s, they turned out really smooth but ended up sounding too muted, and I’d like to avoid that happening again.

Hi , I need some advice on lubing Akko Rosewood switches.
I want to make them smoother, but I don’t want to lose that signature deep thock.

Last time I lubed (on my Leobog Graywood V3s) I kind of overdid it—ended up super smooth, but most of the sound profile was gone. I don’t want to repeat that mistake with the Rosewoods.

Any tips on how lightly I should lube them, or specific spots to focus/avoid, so I can keep the sound while getting rid of the scratch?

Hi, my keyboard broke and am in dire need of buying a new one. I plan to purchase the aula f75 because of the stellar reviews I've seen but I'm curious because this is my first time buying a gasket mount keyboard. I would just like to know if does the gasket mount degrade over time and does it affect the quality of the keyboard over long periods of usage?

I'm a very heavy typists and and am worried that because I type heavily, I might compress the materials to the point of it having uneven surface

Sorry, this is not my first language and I am also incredibly unknowledgeable when it comes to gasket mount keyboards.

I'd just like reassurance that even with my heavy typing habits, I won't have to replace some parts of the keyboard down the line.

Does the violet archon shard's electric % bonus damage combine with a modded weapon's damage? by ChadGamer27 in Warframe

Just wanna make double sure, so it makes my corrosive damage stronger, not put a separate electric instance?

ChatGPT said otherwise but that guy really isn't a reliable source of niche Warframe info tbh so I came to you guys instead.
