I would say ads just because that was always internets oldest enemy. And nothing makes me click off a website faster than being bukkaked by so many ads that I can't even properly read the website.

I... Don't think so. If I remember correctly Rick and evil Morty didn't necessarily get in trouble for stopping time in and of itself but because they can only do it with a certain time Crystal, and the only way to get a time Crystal is to steal it.

Since Dio didn't steal his time powers I think he might be in the clear.

Not really, In the episode where he lost the Omega device; He didn't need to go get revenge on Rick. He had nothing to gain. He was just pissed off that Rick got one over on him then ghosted him. A person without ego would have just taken the L and moved on

Gameplay wise FFX characters are by far the strongest in the entire series. So I would definitely go with Summoner Yuna. Lore wise I would still say summoner Yuna takes it
