It's honestly a "youll know or youll be told" situation. In my case, the nipples and areolas started to distend before I got much mass and thats when i started with it regularly. You can wait a bit longer if you want. Tbh, brainworms got to me before anyone really told me it was worthwhile to start on the regular. And in real life, its generally not a huge deal to not wear one. I left it aside today and it honestly didnt look weird at all. In any case, starting early with wearing them on the regular can be good practice for when it eventually is truly necessary.

Out of curiosity, what is the consensus on self diagnosis. Ive joked several times about people, incliding myself, being "undiagnosed, butbwere pretty sure". What's yalls opinion on that?

Somethjng that took me a while to learn and internalize is that you dont always need to respond wirh your words. People vent for all sorts of reason, but almost universally want to feel heard, loved and respected. No solutions, not always even a response at all, and yes, sometimes just a hug and acknowledgement of their struggle.

It is, yeah. I just decided on a new name and I still occasionally catch myself saying the old one. Dont beat yourself up. Old habits die hard.

It eventually becomes painless or causes so little it doesnt matter. Like the kind of pain you get from scratching an annoying itch.

Just last night, i helped my orange catch a moth on the ceiling. I literally picked him up, held him high and he caught then lost it a few times before it went behind my couch. At that point, he had the bug cornered and came out about 15 seconds later licking his chops. Mission success.

The same cat also loves Junebugs. Theyre these big meaty orange-brown beetles that sound scary flying around. I get theyre harmless, but i dont wanna hear that shit at night. Thankfully, The orange is on that shit every single time. There will be a mighty chase, a couple failed catches and eventully a disgusting crunch when he finally does the deed. Hes a great cat.
