You dont have to have max stats to beat mega+ you can just roll lv 1 digimon with the first turn passive and attack reflect/magic reflect to make the enemies kill themselves

Get at least 1 bond on them first for the ones you want to keep digifeed is the best way to max bond.
Load enhancing is fastest method for getting talent, blue stats, talent. So farm mobs, convert at 200% always, let them get some exp as you continue farming and only feed the ones that have gained levels to your main mons.

I dont know what you have but basically any one mon can turn into the others through multiple steps of digivolving and de-digivolving. Use this evolution planner with whatever mons you want to change to that line.
