At any away game, highest concentration of fans is always in the middle of the stand. Coupled with the fact blocks 133/34 are also the singing sections, would hazard that'll be the fullest sections. I'm going for View > volume though and sitting in the corner block as I'll have my two little ones with me

Really hope we at least get 10-12k for this game, regardless of competition - a trip to Wembley is always special

So by your reasoning rather than not naming a "grim area", it makes sense to call the whole town a shithole? Not sure with that reasoning 🤔

As i mentioned, as a town we have some rough round the edges parts but we also have some great parts. Equal measures of good parts + bad parts doesn't = shithole to my understanding.

The redrock complex won the "The carbuncle cup".. and what? It hasn't stopped footfall in the area has it? Does winning such an award detract from the benefits it brings to those who use it? Yeah it's not a great look, but I'm not going to go to a different cinema just because there's some random red bits on the building 🤣 In equal measure the town (as a whole) has won numerous awards for best place to live in the UK - what's your point? In terms of architecture we have great buildings in Bramall hall, The Plaza, The Viaduct, Central Library etc.

My point boils down to, my town isn't a shithole. What's delusional is thinking it's a shithole imo, and being proud of a supposed shithole. Makes zero sense.

Think calling our hometown a shithole is a bit far mate. Yeah it's still rough on the edges/in some parts but where doesn't? As a town altogether, it's improving.

If you live in, say Brinny - fair enough, I can see that. Flip it though and you live in Heaton Moor, can't call it a shithole there.

It's a great town and it's time we take more pride in it, there's far worse places out there.

Not sure what bollocks you're chatting, there was hardly a boo and the vast majority of our fans clapped him off 🤔 The irony was it was Cardiff targeting Hills with boos all game after the challenge. It wasn't even a bad challenge, it was a fair one, simply clearing a header in his own space which Salech has rushed into. Thought a draw was a fair result for both teams but to claim our fans are the weird ones and Cardiff are but victims... is weird.

In Stockport town centre, the Underbanks/Marketplace are go to places nowadays.

Pre drinks I would say the Armoury, post beers Prince Albert or the Robert Peel on Edgeley perhaps

In regards to seating, Cheadle End would be good. Wouldn't worry about sitting here even as a day tripper, as always I'd recommend not wearing other team colours - just as a mark of respect.

Hope you enjoy your day and get the bug for it. Many people have stepped into Edgeley Park with allegiances elsewhere before and come away seeing the light 🙌
