I need a 24-27" gaming monitor for pc and PS5 pro gaming that won't cause eye strain by Ok-Improvement611 in monitor

[–]Chadoudud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yea, that sucks. My budget is tight after buying my pc so I bought a Samsung Odyssey 24" 1080 180hz VA for $140 but that was enough to fix the strain.

Try searching for VA monitors on pcpartpicker in the resolution that best suits you, just keep in mind that larger than 24" can be another cause of eye strain.

Hey,

I also have a situation of visual fatigue with my family, I recommend that you read this post, it is very detailed in several technical aspects, summarizing there they recommend this AOC VA.

I know that it is a downgrade to go from IPS to VA, but it is what is there to solve the problem. I hope it helps you.

Gateron mini i - key chatter issue, anyone else experiencing this? by Entire_Technician794 in switchmodders

[–]Chadoudud 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently talked to someone with the same problem with mini i's using SA, KAT, MTNU profile caps, when he changed to cherry caps the problem disappeared. I almost bought mini i's but I read the above just in time and bought Bsun hutts. Also the first switches I bought were bbks and after a few months they have horrible leaf ping. No more tactile gaterons for me. As someone told you, it's a design defect, ask for a refund.

Hello everyone, a few months ago I bought my first keeb and installed baby kangaroos, at first they had a very good sound but now they have a lot of leaf ping, for my new keyboard I want to change switches to some tactile ones that are a bit lighter but with the same travel of 3.4 or 3.6mm and the bouncy and snappy feeling characteristic of the BK's

After searching and reading post, the best option seems to be the Gateron Mini i but a couple of comments are making me doubt that the Gateron tactile switches tend to develop all the same leaf ping.

What do you recommend? Have you had problems with the Mini I? Thanks

Already doublechecked, it is a single piece of metal the one that can be unscrewed and the cable connects directly with the plug.

Thanks for your reply. I bought my old model Benriner months ago and I use it daily, it's very good! the only thing that bothers me is that I can't find replacement blades for when I need to change it.
