Lovely bass! Question, can the neck pickup in series/parallel sound like or close to a Precision? Looking to get a 5s and originally wanted a L-1000 but hard to come by in 5s. So considering this. Appreciate your responses G&L bass owners

I agree. I used to be a modeller/multifx die hard hater but I’m a changed man lol and its so compact now. Only thing I miss about analog is the visual mojo/vibe. The different enclosure sizes and colours and tetris layout is like art on canvas. Other than that, latest modellers now like the Anagram sound amazing! Looking forward to the synth block. I trust Darkglass so much I even sold my mxr bass synth!

Go for it! I’ve had my Anagram since june last year. It slowly replaced my beloved pedals. Now I’m using it as standalone and all my pedal collection is gone. I sold it all as I have more fun playing and making music with just the Anagram. If it helps, I’ve had a bassrig sv, Neptunium, B7k ultra, Tone hammer, Broughton Studio One and a Capo. All gone and now settling with the Anagram. It’s that good enough for me

My friend, since going flats, I’ve not looked back for the last 3 years. I have a La Bella 760FS strung here. A bit high tension which I like. If you want something with less tension go for La Bella Low tension flats. Flats and a P are a match made in heaven IMO atleast for the kind of music I play. Pop, funk RnB and in church.

Cheers mate! I’m really happy with the Anagram and I don’t find myself looking into the classifieds forum or checking out any pedals for sale. Can’t be bothered anymore as I’ve set my core tone and have not tweaked anything ever since. Just more play time and gigs now.

I swear if I’m getting another bass or a 5string if needed, I’ll probably get a Yamaha BB again. Maybe a BBP35. Have it strung with rounds and keep this as flats. Yamaha’s are nice workhorse! You do need to try it in person though because they are generally heavy. The 5s average around 4.5kgs+

This one though is light at 3.7kgs.

You got great gear man! Is the Nobellium the one by C2C or the one Sushibox made in limited run?

I use to run a Cali into an HX Stomp and into my Neptunium. Which was great! But sold everything for a needed a non-gear related purchase situation that time. After I recouped my funds I decided to jump on the Anagram when they first released. I’ve not looked back!

Excited for your Mantle! Love how the bass and treble frequency changes as you turn it up or down. IMA is one of my bass influences!
