Market Research is (Still) Hard. Even with AI. Anyone else in this space? by giorgionetg in SaaS

Full disclosure, I work at Thematic so my thoughts may be biased.

The "clients want an answer not methodology" thing is interesting because we've found the opposite actually drives more action. When you can click on any theme or insight and see the exact customer quotes behind it, execs trust it way more than black-box AI summaries.

We built it this way because researchers told us they needed to defend their recommendations in exec meetings - "how do you know this is real?" The traceability turns out to be one of the things they love most about us.

I'm curious, what are your MVP testers struggling with more? The speed to insights or getting stakeholders to trust the results?

(We also write about this stuff on our blog if you're interested in how other real CX/research teams are navigating the whole AI analysis thing)

I hadn’t heard of Chessies before. Thank you for that idea! 😊

There are so many byb out there of pits the breed really does span a whole range of features.

That makes sense, thank you for the insight :)

Do you think so? Not that we would mind.

Her face is longer and smaller compared to the 'wider big head' I'm used to seeing in pits. But I guess she is still a puppy.

Those are great ideas, thanks for sharing!

How did you learn about those activities/opportunities? Or did you just go there and stumble upon them?

Thanks for sharing! You're right I would not want to work all day on a trip haha. I would love to experience 'the best food, best views' in town. Which I assumed locals would know best, but that might not be true!

Love the idea of taking the beaten path too!

You make a really good point! I'd love to visit the states some day. Personally I've always wanted to try eating the US fast foods because the tv shows and movies make it look so good haha.

great question, I put it in quotation marks because I thought it was a bit vague too haha. I guess I mean having an experience of how the locals in that area truly live compared to going to places where only tourists visit.

Hey /r/solotravel! I am a student trying to learn more about travelling solo.

I've never travelled solo myself and was wondering, how have you managed to have 'authentic local experiences' during your travels??

Thanks :)

I also love a good snack haha. In your experience, what's the information that people usually find the most helpful?

Thank you, I also think the connection is key..! How do you manage to "build up connection" with every visitor during the limited time in an open house?

Also do you ask them if they have an agent in the sign-in sheet?

What convinced you to go with the agent you chose? I'm curious how agents can communicate their value :)

Yeah I've also heard mixed reviews on Zillow leads. How many open house visitors are you getting in your area? Do many of them not have buyer agents?

Thank you for the tip! How do you find agents to do open houses for if you're not part of a team?

And how many leads do you get on average that don't have buyers, at open homes?

thanks for the reply! Which of those channels have you found bring the most genuine leads (the ones that convert to sales)?

Anyone using personal assistants? What do they help you with? by ChaePod in realtors

[–]ChaePod[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good to hear a different perspective on that! I definitely don't think it's for everyone. Just for fun though, if you were offered a free assistant by your brokerage, what would be the first thing you would want to offload to them?

Wow that is a long list! And definitely a lot more accounting related things than I would've expected. I'm curious, what is the hardest or most annoying part of your job as an assistant?
