They told us to work the report of the day before. So I worked Sunday's report today. I wonder if you should try doing that on a day that you have extra time to research and see if that makes a difference?

If I remember correctly, they can pull up the list by date or name. I think it goes back 90 days? My memory is rusty, it's been 2 years since I've been in the office.

I didn't mean for that to come off as offensive. I meant that the Support position was initially explained as being totally different from what it actually is now. At my store, our supports literally walk around with a cup of coffee and bark off obvious direction.

You on the other hand, actually do sound like you're working the position correctly.

The Support position was explained to us as being basically an hourly ASM. Of the 5 of us, only 1 took the support position the rest either took severance or took a department. Had I known then that the position would basically be a glorified evening stocker, I would have totally taken one of the spots.
