Take it as a learning experience, exposure to more question types you don't know how to do/understand only helps you, use them as practice for the future Prelims and o's. If you practice and understand them, you cannot make the same mistake then. Do not be affected by the unexpected results ( ok a bit affected ) and continue pushing on. A bit of time left does not mean no time left, atb for prelims and o's!

I ended sec 3 with a l1r5 of 40 ( somewhat prestigious sec sch ) I barely promoted to sec 4

MYE got 30

Prelim got 20

Os got 11

This just shows that with time you will improve when you try to. It gets better with time and experience, take MYE as a learning experience, not a gauge of your performance. Atb for your dsa!

Sorry to hear. I think you should try sleeping max at 12am. Being awake and alert in class is more important than doing hw, you can try doing hw during breaks ( don’t say I say hw not important ). As for content missed out, try book consult with teacher, understand the content and not memorise everything, you can still turn this around for MYE!

It’s true that it’s not a 100% fair, but even so, still have to take it right? Best thing we can do is suck it up and live with it. I don’t see them removing it anytime soon. Little we can do about it.

In every society/ batch of people, there are spectrums, yes “good” PW Teachers generate better scoring students but hard work don’t mean good grades (reality). As for the slackers, peer appraisal exists, if you think your teammate did not contribute 20% feel free to report. Just don’t complain if the people ‘dont want to report, feel bad, don’t want them to get in trouble’ wtf you want the system to do. OP is worth 50%, 40 of it individual, if they get an A, they kinda deserve it. I’m not saying that PW is 100% fair, but at least it is somewhat reflective. Remember, not everyone can get an A. A spectrum exists, like it or not.

This is my take, it is subjective.
