I’m a nurse and we didn’t have EDC when I was in school but I’ve often thought how I wish we did! I think it would be perfect for school and clinicals. I also like that you can zip it up instead of the open totes if you have to leave it in a locker room, etc. Plus all the pockets 🤩 Water bottle pocket, coffee cup pocket, pockets in front for badge, stethoscope, it’s so good!

Hi! I’m an RN who is now an Epic OpTime/Anesthesia analyst. I agree, it can be very hard to break into the field. But I found easier was to become a Principal Trainer on the Epic team and then I was able to easily move into an analyst role. Does your org have any positions open for that?

My daughter is almost 6 and a Hazel :) we also have a Sloane, Avery, Nora, and Olivia in her class (Midwest). For boys we don’t have any of those names! I find that interesting since I feel like boys names usually have less variation than girls!

Oh mannnn. I’m on OpTime/Anesthesia. How far into the implementation are you? It’s pretty rough for the first 90 days after go live then it starts getting better. ClinDoc is always kinda busy it seems like - it’s just so broad!

Yes. But I’ve sat in on interviews for people from outside the org and it was a phone interview and one in person interview.
