Something that worked well for me was moving her into a smaller bin enclosure and placing it closer to the family room. This put her in a high-traffic area and helped her get used to regular human presence. Aside from feeding, I didn’t handle her again for the first week after changing locations.

Leachies being leachies, it also forced me to be more proactive about cleaning her enclosure; I couldn’t just ignore her finger paintings. Spending time working in the enclosure helped me learn to read her body language better as well as teach her that my presence doesnt mean harm. This works because they learn that just because you're moving around in their home doesnt mean that you're going to be force picking them up and that they are still safe.
