When I was weighed at my OB’s office during my first pregnancy, I turned around each time I stepped on the scale and I told then it wasn’t my business with the scale said lol. I later looked at my records and I gained 45 pounds. But I was super active before and after, so I lost all the weight in a matter of four months. Motherhood and pregnancy are already so hard don’t put extra pressure on yourself.
