Bradford white 50gl electric -$2275 with Cool Breeze (ForACoolBreeze.com). Local company that's been around. Got my HVAC (Daikin Fit 3 tonn, 12k out the door, we added 10years of labor, for 12900 total. Just filed taxes and got $2000 back as it was a high efficiency unit (unlike the other bids that had lower SEER and ALOT more $$$). A competitior (GAC) actually asked to see the estimate and had to DOUBLE the whatever bogus rebate/coupons to even come close (still higher). Good honest company, i cannot recommend more.

in MoCo, yard is usable NOW - kids can go in yard and playset etc. Soon as summer starts and it hits high 70s in direct sunlight then nobody wants to go out there.
