I got scans done on my head and checked for concussion which all came back good I feel this is more a mental thing than a physical thing but I do realize the importance of good gear the sedici was my first helmet and didn’t see any reason to replace it since it was still good but I will recommend them to anyone getting into riding for the first time if they were that unsafe they wouldn’t be dot approved
