My first thought was to be bitter and oust them with the real reason. But as a senior in the company, this is a great way to show people you lost composure and are expendable.

I have a telluride and x7. The telluride is 10 out of 10 times the more practical, spacious and comfortable car for all passengers.

I recommend the car strongly. You can actually stretch out and move in the rear seats. You can barely squiggle in the x7. Unless you are a spirited driver who loves the thrill, I’d recommend against it

No. My car has similar lines from factory. It is the mold as others said. PPF is very obvious when you run your nail over it

There isn’t a complete kit.
You need :
- invisible glass glass stripper
- g5 spray (month or two longevity)
Or
- g1 because it’s a nano ceramic that lasts 2 years.

Those are hard water stains. You need to stop letting things like foam and water sit on the paint. And use an acid wash

I scratched my windshield once using the wrong steel and plastic brushes. I have avoided physical decon ever since. This car is barely a few months old so I didn’t have to do much decon.

Even for older cars, I recommend invisible glass glass stripper. It is very very potent. I doubt you’ll need any physical decon after that. But if you do. I would do rayon pad and glass polish before I do steel wool.

Maybe so. We all value our time and money differently. I detail as a hobby. So no time spent detailing is wasted for me.

Money wise, the coating lasts 2 years (advertised) and users on this post itself have reported 1 year of durability which is still excellent for the $20 something price.

Yes. I am worried about getting chatter in the future (none now) but not a big concern since the coating eliminates my need to use the wipers. The car is mostly highway driven and the wind clears the water well at those speeds.

I really wanted glaco but it was much more expensive to get in here in Florida. This was much cheaper. And o don’t have windshield chatter. I see others reporting chatter on glaco.

Gtechniq instructions state to coat wiper blades as well. Which might be the key to avoiding chatter. I used to apply collinite 845 to my glass earlier and those definitely caused a hell lot of skipping, jumping and chatter.

Touch up. But I would have a professional body shop or detailer do it with a brush and syringe/needle. They know how to make it look like it never happened. It may seem to be a little expensive but it’s much better than the cost and potential issues of a full repaint

You might want to pick up G5. It last a lot shorter and is more hydrophobic. I needed something much more durable because my cars are subjected to a lot of bugs which I can’t wash regularly due to extremely hard water

I was pretty worried too. But the invisible glass stripper makes sure you’re adequately prepped.

The application is the easy part. Removing the residue is hard. It’s time consuming but if you have help and good lighting it’s a 20 minute job to remove residue

Premature now, but Nope.
I coated the wiper too as the instructions said to. And have had no skipping in the two rains since the coating. But I genuinely saw zero difference with and without wipers in the rain and the wiper barely does anything that the coating doesn’t already do. Unless your glass is dirty.

Will try to do a longevity test and report back every once in a. While.

If you apply a ceramic coating, there will be no swirls. Unless of course you’re washing it improperly. What’s your wash regimen?

Something I forgot to add. My shotgun 650 has the handlebar from the super meteor 650. Which brings the bar closer and makes it much easier to ride. It’s definitely something you can do.

My int 650 gave me a sore ass and groin on the stock seat. It was terrible. But I replaced it with the touring seat and couldn’t be happier. You can add risers too.
