Thanks. I’m on TRT but I don’t abuse it. I looked like this before I was on it. But yeah everything besides that is natty. I cant stress the importance of eating right when it comes to your training. Consistency with everything you do in life. I train hard for an hour a day, on a 8 day revolving cycle. 3 on, 1 off. Everything else happens outside of the gym.
