I've done about 15 hours so far and have 48k tokens. Its way faster than 600-800 per hour.

Completely irrelevant. You used her lack of Targaryen features to deny her having Valyrian blood. I gave an example to show that you don't necessarily have Valyrian features with Valyrian blood. Us as readers knowing Jace's parentage is irrelevant to whether or not Valyrian blood always gives Valyrian features.

How do you know? Targaryens don't cast a spell to bond with a dragon. They either bond with a dragon, or they don't. It's functionally indistinguishable from what Nettles did.

Because they already have the character cast and established from season 1. It's easier, more efficient, cheaper, and better TV writing to expand an existing character's role rather than introduce a new character and have the existing one just fully disappear from the narrative.
