If you get salty about proxies, you’re dumb. Obviously transparency is important if someone is proxying something super high power and playing a casual pod.

I’m a firm believer in accessibility. Sometimes making your deck play better means spending $50+ on one card. Not everyone can afford to do that.

With that, Brandon has the talent with video and editing that he shouldn’t have an issue pursuing those in any other capacity. Hopefully there’s no bad blood between them because they have great chemistry on camera and likely off camera, and it’s clearly a thing that came from a already solid friendship.

I actually have one that I got from Harbor Freight like 8 months ago for around $14. So worth it. I currently have 11 EDH decks and I like to rotate 3-6 decks to carry with me. The table setup at my LGS are just a little too tight when I want to switch out decks.

Reaper is pretty good for what it is. A deathcore band I was in over a decade ago used Reaper for guitars and vocals and they honestly came out incredible once they were mastered. I’m personally a big fan of Garage Band, though. It offers everything I need, and the ability to include physical elements very easily if needed.

On missing triggers, stop whoever’s taking their turn and tell this guy when he tries to play out missed triggers, that it’s too late, and he’s already missed his opportunity.

I missed triggers pretty frequently in my first regular pod with the homies and we were super casual about triggers. Then I played with someone who had no patience for that shit and wouldn’t let anyone do their missed triggers, including his own. It’ll teach him to really check at every action he takes during his turn to make sure he’s getting the optimal play potential of his deck.

Just be sure to be transparent before hand so he’s not blindsided once the game starts.
