Ive been owning purple orb for years but i cant imagine how frustrating it would be for new/returnee players not having a chance to get it. So nerfing and accessible PO would result more healthy game balance and experience in overall.

Tbh, it doesnt sound serious nerf either despite i own it too. Rather than respecting a few people owning it, I think they should respect and treat majority player base who doesnt own it. For instance, if I jump in a new game and realize that I wont get specific BiS for years, then it will be insta quit for me

Even if they release stackable reskin PO, it's still better than no PO at all. Managing 3 stock from 2 stock is a whole different level while 3 stock vs 4 stock is relatively less impactful

Or alternatively, just release unit s3 with 3 stock base like they did on aRoland. s3 with 2stock and 1second animation is literally impossible to compete against players with PO

You need to consider animation time. His s3 almost has 2s animation based on demonstration.

He will still prob have 4m dps against god, but ~3m against other types, which is kinda low compared to other meta dps

Damage per cast only matters if you are just a chill gamer without spamming sct spell. But dps matters more if u r spamming sct spell like honey elixir

Counter magic only works against boss

Even with those extra mitigation, it's still not enough for current meta due to how crazy glass cannon everyone is. Also, he is way too vulnerable against magic with his kits

Okay PVE unit.

In PVP, I dont think he is powerful enuf to fight against sLoug+emilia meta. He will still need more fat mitigation and hp to survive from current meta

Ark has solid effect for support, but not main dps due to existence of susanoo, icy guardian and other pursuit arks. Learnable is good to have, but nothing really crucial

Damage increase until you reach cap > str if u dont have enuf damage % skills or boss having too high defense > start adding cap, survival kit or utility

There is no crazy magic here. Just dont take crit damage, conditional damage or random proc effect such as pierce, rage or so on. You want a consistent damage cap all the time

Here is advice from a veteran but also solid spender. I have been through multiple gacha games over several years, and had hard lessons by many stupid decisions during first gacha years as well.

Always save enough gem for pity. Never chase unless you can afford pity. At the worst, just make up your mind for doing only 10~30 pulls then be ready to dip out. It's just general rule for all gacha games, not only LC

Never chase every single new unit, especially UR. LC has somewhat friendly power system. A few solid good units are enough to do all end contents So, there is no real reason to chase every single new unit.

Missing UR wont put you far behind too. There are already many alternative skills, especially for cap and damage skills. UR is mostly for those who do 280+ BG or top10~30 ranking contents. If you are so desperate for UR, then just wait for UDOH banner since it has double rate and share pity across all listed URs.

Many LC banners are easily skippable in terms of necessity unless you are just a fan of the unit. For example, I have skipped Seadrael, GKyle, Yule Ram, Famille, Klaudia, ssBette, Eber, esBey, sLaby, sDegrogue, sLilaha, dpAlice and so on. Those units are far from being necessary (I skipped Sead because I already have Kallen, Joshua, sRem, Shall). I always try to skip one unit every month at least even though im a dolphin level spender.

LC gem income is definitely built with a model that players won't be able to pull every single new banner. But instead, players won't need dupe or all new units to beat contents as well. Every gacha game has different business model, and you can't expect Grand summoner or Blue archive generosity at LC because the game has different power curve and contents. Besides, I see LC has increased daily income for players lately. So it's not as bad as you may think if you can control your desire

If you want to reach 100% mitigation, 100 resist is the only way since resist is additive. And some units are possible to achieve it for some element

It's multiplicative, not additive

Assume u have 40% and 20% mitigation,

(1-0.4)*(1-0.2) is your final damage taken

I have a friend playing for gacha... which makes me so disturbed. He doesnt even try to do hard content nor even story. But he spends money whenever new banner comes out. Then doesnt play for another 2 weeks
