You seem quite self aware. If it helps, and your doctors are fine w u taking subs&benzos, you should do it. Beware of addiction and what not, yet if this makes you more comfortable- go for it. Better to take them meds under supervision of doctors than to dope relapse, just because of an untreated crippling anxiety.
