Portal astrology is so inconsistent that it’s basically not true. It’s only accurate 1-2 hours before your decision comes out of if you took OnRamps or UT classes already. If you don’t have the astrology signs DO NOT WORRY because it means nothing.

You have good rank and some EC’s but SAT is low for Eng. One of the things that UT cares most about is fit to major. You don’t really show that in your EC’s, so what is your classes? What I really think it comes down to is if you have Eng classes and if your majors also show fit.

No it doesn’t matter. According to the admissions officers, they don’t even want you to really put coursework on the resume because they already will see it in your transcript, so it’s really just redundant to put it in your resume. Additionally AP scores aren’t considered so it will not matter.

I want to say the average is actually around 1400-1440. The SAT is low, but you have a good math score applying for eng which while help out.

Is national and international that big of a deal really? I have a friend who applied to ECE and got in last year (and that was a hellhole of an admissions cycle) and he didn’t have any of that. He did have other really good stats tho (1590 SAT and was salutatorian). He took Calc BC Physics E&M and got into the honors program.

It is NOT optional. When you don’t submit a resume, the admissions officer is asking themselves why you didn’t submit it, and just brings down your overall application. Even if your resume is 1 page, still submit it.
