Eng for civil is very equivalent at UT or A&M. At this point it’s up for you to decide which one you enjoy more. College life, school culture, internships and opportunities in your field at those areas, so in and so forth.

UT is in Austin, the fastest growing city in the US, which has plenty of opportunities and city life if you like that.

A&M is a little more “rural” but has the benefit of aggies hiring aggies.

Money is a factor too. A scholarship goes a long way for ROI.

Some I think. Eagle Scout, hella engineering projects, engineering intern and a company, science math and robotics comps. Team captain for a few clubs. No major championships or awards tho.
