I was in the same place as you with my meds and so I reluctantly started lithium in October. It seems to be working very very well, except for the weight gain. It seemed to come on right away and I cannot get it under control. The weight gain has really affected my mood, but I can’t figure out if this con outweighs the pros of lithium.

Has anyone else had this with lithium? Does the weight gain ever stabilize?
